Enjoy special savings on select Redtop boots during our Final Sale. These styles are offered at reduced prices and are subject to the following conditions.
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or regular exchanges.
Please review the product details, size chart, and fit information carefully before placing your order.
We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky, especially with cowboy boots.
While Final Sale items are generally non-exchangeable, we may consider a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The exchange must be for a different size of the exact same style and color.
The boots must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
The requested size must be available in stock.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, Redtop will cover standard shipping for one replacement pair within the contiguous United States.
All size exchanges require prior approval from our customer service team and are not guaranteed.
Please contact our customer service team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Approved replacement items remain Final Sale and are not eligible for further size exchanges, returns, or refunds for fit-related reasons.
Final Sale items are already offered at special clearance prices and cannot be combined with any additional discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our product quality policies.
We recommend checking our size guide and customer reviews before ordering. If you're unsure about your size or fit, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Thank you for shopping Redtop Final Sale!
