Cancellation Process
Once your order is placed, you have a very small window of 60 minutes to cancel it. The "cancel order" button is shown on our order confirmation page if the order is not too far along in the fulfillment process and you are within the cancellation window.

That said, should you not be able to cancel your order in time, we proudly offer free returns and exchanges*, so you always have the option to return your order once you receive it (certain exclusions apply; see our full Return Policy).
Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, direct cancellation is not possible. Instead, you can initiate a return process within 7 days of receiving the item, following our return policy. Please ensure the product is unworn, unused, and the packaging along with all accessories are in their original condition.
In the event that you wish to intercept a shipped order during transit, we will do our best to assist by contacting the logistics company. However, please note that interception fees may be applicable, and these will be borne by you.
Refund Arrangements
For successfully cancelled orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on your payment provider and the bank's processing speed. Typically, for credit card payments, it may take 3 - 7 business days, while for third - party payment platforms like Alipay and WeChat Pay, it usually takes 1 - 3 business days.

For customized cowboy boots orders, once the production process has started, cancellation is not permitted.
